Moving right along...

It would appear that our recording is just about finished. We have mixes on both songs and are going to live with them while James heads out on tour with Phil Cook. I'm working on the cover art and some ideas for 'lyric videos' of both songs. Also, I'd met with a record label to see if there was any interest in releasing the single but came away from the meeting realizing that releasing it myself was going to be the best option. I don't have a release date yet (you can probably bet that it won't be Record Store Day), and we haven't booked mastering time yet. But both songs sound fantastic and inspired. I can barely wait for you to hear them!

More news soon.

Wow -- a recording project, plus a dB's show at the Musicians United for Equality benefit in May.

Love it!

You can buy it here .  And you can watch my lyric video here . I hope you like it.  Remember I'm heading out on a house concert tour in March, so come to a show in your neck of the woods!

NY Times blog part three is up

I know, I know. You haven't heard from me lately, and I'm sorry. The future's looming large, and distractions have been keeping me away from DTBMMLF. Meanwhile, the Times songwriting blog is up so you can go read that for the moment. I'll be back soon, I promise. Thank you for your patience.
